Our team in Corporate Group is looking for a Workday Technical Integrations Lead to join them. You will report to the Director of Global HR Technology. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for Workday technical integration development and support work within the HR Technology team.

Our preferred candidate will have a hybrid work schedule at our East Aurora, NY corporate headquarters. However, we're open to candidates who reside near our other US Moog locations for a hybrid structure as well. Remote work may also be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates possessing advanced industry knowledge and certification.

To be considered for the Workday Technical Integrations Lead role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

  • Typically, a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Studio, to include working with inbound/outbound Workday Studio integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Workday's Web Service functionality.
  • Strong understanding of Extensible Markup Language/ Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XML/XSLT) with the ability to modify existing XSLT.
  • Ability to create and support complex Workday calculated fields and custom reports.
  • Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), and business processes in Workday.
  • Ability to design, build, and test future integrations.
  • Understanding of Core Connector/Document Transformation and Cloud Connect Technology.

As a Workday Technical Integrations Lead, you will:

  • Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring.
  • Work closely with the systems implementation partner and internal project manager to support the project schedule.
  • Participate in cut-over strategy planning.
  • Build new integrations and supports the evaluations of existing integrations.
  • Participate in data architecture design and configuration design sessions as needed.
  • Work with the systems implementation team to document design documents.
  • Participate in all phases of testing and report defects according to the project methodology.
  • Work through defect resolution with the internal team and systems implementation team.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to other team members.
  • Support the Workday release process.
  • Participate in Workday training, as needed.
  • Support the evaluation and build of Workday Extend applications.

The base pay range for this opportunity is $111,009.60 - $145,000 per year.

Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
