About the Role: We are looking for an Americas Business Group Marketing Leader to join the Gore Medical team. The Americas Business Group Marketing Leader is responsible for developing short-term regional BG growth plans and guiding priorities to align with the Global BG strategy and regional goals. This role maintains the connection and optimization of shared marketing capabilities. They set the strategic direction for the BG portfolio growth. The leader drives business case development and provides recommendations for commercial business growth, ensuring the execution of the business portfolio roadmap. Additionally, they prioritize the regional launch cadence across the business to meet revenue objectives and partner with regional sales leadership to ensure an optimized channel strategy while leading regional category leaders.

This position will be located at our Phoenix 2 facility in Phoenix, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic direction for the BG portfolio in the region
  • Recommend and align resources and initiatives to support portfolio growth in the region
  • Drive business case development and recommendation on commercial business growth
  • Accountable for business portfolio roadmap execution in the region
  • Responsible for prioritization of regional launch cadence across business and timely execution to meet revenue objectives
  • Partner with regional sales leadership in ensuring optimized channel strategy
  • Lead regional Category leaders
  • Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and acts immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful or unfair behavior

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or related field
  • Proven track record and expertise in marketing and marketing related business practices
  • Strong product lifecycle management and portfolio roadmap planning experience
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Open-minded, curious, with a keen learning mindset; embraces change and is committed to continuous improvement
  • Excellent command of the English language, both in written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel, approximately 25-45%
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced engineering/science degree
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing (includes product management)
  • A minimum of 10 years leading teams
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and expertise in developing marketing automation programs
  • Proven track record of and a minimum 12 years of marketing experience in marketing, strategy, planning, research, and communications
