Contracts Manager

Looking for an individual to come in and support the team by providing services involving completing contracts which include - SOW's, PO's, Quotes, BOM's, etc. This person must have extensive experience with drawing up a variety of agreements and contracts.



Required:

* 3-4+ years of experience creating SOW's including milestones, deliverables and time and materials.

* Be a quick learner and take on the responsibility of learning the full processes and procedures for completing contracts.

* Must have experience with the following items in regards to contracts - Indemnity in documents, limitation of liability, non-assertion, etc.

* Understanding of different IP Languages - Ownership, Make Rights, Broader License rights, etc.

* Experience with change requests.

* Experience with Program, Project or Business or Contracts Management.

* Experience with contracts negotiations - materials/component suppliers, CM's, vendors and more.

* Experience with researching costs and ensuring BOM's are of fair market value.

* Experience creating PO's and managing processes to expedite completion.

* Experience taking accountability and ownership of contract completion - SOW's, BOM's, PO's, Quotes, Etc.
