Interface with new and existing accounts to help build our product's market presence in North America.
Communicate product specification changes & interface with manufacturing and engineering on sales plans/troubleshooting.
Develop a technical product and market understanding to effectively support remote field team.
Manage long-term (2+ year) product development projects to fit customer applications.
Validate product performance in field operation.
Develop new relationships with operations and maintenance accounts.
Work in conjunction with Management to build a comprehensive strategic and tactical Sales plan in order to achieve new results and efficiencies for Sales.
Review Pricing & Costing for major products.
Analyze market trends / shifts; provide market intelligence & data on competitive activity.
Presentation / participation in trade association events.
