Engagement with the industry is a key component in the long-term success of our students. The ProductManagement-In-Residence(PMIR) program connected to the MBA Technology Strategy and Product Management Track aims to augment our students' educational experience by providing them with opportunities to benefit from the expertise of a seasoned industry professional and assist them in making a smooth transition from the classroom into the professional world of Technology Strategy and Product Management.
Core responsibilities will include:
One-on-one coaching and industry input in their career goal setting process.
Technical advice on the interview processes (via mock interviews and coaching).
Advise students on TSPM course electives
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; An MBAwith emphasis on Technology Strategy and Product Marketing highly preferred
10-15 years relevant work experience required
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Management roles with a leading Technology Company (e.g. Google) preferred
A passion to help and educate new MBA Tech Strategy and Product Management (TSPM) talent entering the workforce
Availability to commit an average of 5+ hrs/week over the span of 2 academic semesters with compensation.
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
Previous mentoring experience is a plus.
