You will:

  • Plan, lead and execute initiatives with a focus on clinical trial solutions, encompassing 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, Good Clinical Practice, clinical site engagement, and real-world data integration.
  • Support life sciences clients in hands-on solutioning and scoping of implementation of Datavant's trial tokenization technology within clinical development programs
  • Spearhead organic growth initiatives within the clinical trial solutions space, including the development and implementation of innovative go-to-market strategies and value proposition mapping.
  • Overcome barriers and expedite projects within the organization to enhance growth, particularly in areas impacting technology adoption, clinical trial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze data and derive insights specific to clinical trials, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies, particularly those associated with clinical trial projects and growth initiatives.

What you will bring to the table:

  • A profound understanding of clinical trial operations and regulations, such as 21 CFR Part 11 and Good Clinical Practice, along with experience in clinical site engagement.
  • A strategic mindset with a comprehensive grasp of the healthcare and clinical trials landscape, enabling effective cross-functional project leadership.
  • Adaptability in the face of ambiguity, with a knack for breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of elucidating complex clinical trial concepts across various communication modes.
  • A passion for continuous learning, particularly in areas related to clinical trials, data management, and healthcare innovation.
  • A self-driven nature, with a proven track record of pushing projects to fruition and fueling growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration and drive within the team, particularly in accelerating growth and enhancing our clinical trial solutions footprint.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred.

Bonus points if:

  • You have worked with trial programs and clinical trial sites outside of the United States

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges for this position are developed with the support of benchmarks and industry best practices.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $171,000 - $210,000.
