What You'll Do

The Analyst Relations Manager for Customer Experience will be responsible for driving an industry-leading Analyst Relations (AR) program for Cisco's CX business.

You will be responsible for engaging with Cisco business leaders and ensuring that we communicate a cohesive strategy and story to analysts who cover these areas of our business. You will be managing high ROI outreach programs focused on strategic engagement and developing long term relationships with the industry analyst community across the globe. You will act as a key strategic advisor to Cisco's business, driving valuable insight, guidance and feedback back into the business to help inform strategy, business and marketing decisions. You will manage the accuracy of Cisco's position in key analyst research reports.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of Cisco's Global Communications team and a key member of the Analyst Relations team, reporting into the Senior Director of the Corporate and International AR. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop and deliver programs that positively influence Analyst perception and sentiment of Cisco. You will also develop deep and trusted relations with key Industry Analysts, bringing their insights on the market and on Cisco, back to business stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years in Analyst Relations

Impeccable executive presence and strong influencing skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Comfortable developing and delivering presentations

Experience teaming to develop integrated communications plans

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle change in real time

Ability to move quickly - assess the situation, aggregate data, make a decision and move
