About the Role
Cloudflare is seeking a numerate and process-driven EMEA Field Marketing Operations Specialist to joinour growing Field Marketing team. You will be responsible for providing the ongoing operational supportto the Field Marketers, vital for ensuring the efficient operation of the Team.
In this cross-functional role you will collaborate closely, not only with the EMEA field marketing team, butalso with other stakeholders across sales teams, channel partner teams, and other marketing functions.You will own the implementation of existing operational systems and processes as well as suggestingimprovements and new processes to further improve on the operational efficiencies of the Team. If you'repassionate about driving efficiencies and optimising processes - this is the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of vendor onboarding, contract processing, PO creation and invoice
payments for EMEA marketing vendors and agencies - Create purchase orders and ensure proper approval workflows for EMEA marketing spend
- Administer the EMEA marketing development funds (MDF) process, including application
reviews, approvals, and fund disbursement - Oversee the contract review process with the legal team for EMEA marketing agreements
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to EMEA marketing vendors
- Implement processes and tools to streamline operations and drive efficiencies
- Provide operations support for EMEA marketing campaigns, activities with our partner resellers
and other initiatives. - Format event and campaign leads for uploading to our CRM systems
- Work closely with marketing operations, finance, legal, and procurement teams
- Monitor marketing budgets and analyse spend data and provide reporting on EMEA marketing
investments
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or related field
- Strong understanding of vendor/contract management and procurement processes
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and financial systems
- Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communicator with ability to build cross-functional partnerships
- Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Office suite and data analysis
- This role will be critical in establishing robust operations to support and scale the EMEA
marketing function. - The ideal candidate will have a passion for process optimization and driving operational
excellence.

- Strong spreadsheet skills as well as other Office Suite applications
