About the Opportunity


Be a pioneer in the fashion industry and join our global digital team. We are seeking an experienced strategist who partners to set the strategic vision and direction of the end-to-end team, driving our transformation to a product and platform operating model. The Senior Manager of Digital Strategy will work across a wide spectrum of partners including: Engineering, Product Management, AI and Analytics, Ecommerce Leads, as well as critical cross functional partners including Enterprise Technology, Distribution & Logistics, Merchandising, and Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management.

You, along with the Vice President of Digital Strategy and Operations, lead both long-term and short-term strategic plans that support business growth, are filtered through a lens of shareholder value, and support team effectiveness. You will also play a critical role in translating plans into tangible action and implementation, serving as program/project lead in major strategic initiatives.

You are able elevate and challenge the digital team thinking to relentlessly future proof our function. You are also willing to dive deep when needed, moving rapidly with a bias for action, and getting things done. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, love autonomy, be comfortable in ambiguity, and able to chart your own course. You know what it will take to deliver and have effective partnerships to ensure our aspirations and strategies becomes reality. You will report to the Vice President of Digital Strategy & Operations.

About the Job
* Support the development of the annual strategic business planning (SBP) process for the Digital Team, partnering with global and market stakeholders to ensure a clear vision for the future.
* Lead, in collaboration with key functional leaders, strategic roadmap development that focuses our strategies into tangible actions.
* Partner with the Vice President of Strategy & Operations, to develop regular executive messaging and dashboarding that clearly and meaningfully engages the executive team on digital progress and opportunities.
* Lead high impact cross-functional initiatives to advance our digital capabilities. Lead and manage teams during the diagnosis/evaluation, design/implementation, planning, and execution phases.
* Along with your Strategy & Operations peers, lead Value Stream mapping transformation initiatives that combine the strength of strategy, operations, and change to develop high performing digital teams.
* Lead research on relevant digital industry benchmarks, trends, and white space opportunities for value creation across our product and platform teams. Translate insights into recommended strategies that deliver a best in class consumer experience through digital.

About You

* 5-7 years' experience in strategy or consulting with a focus on apparel and digital.
* MBA preferred.
* Deep experience in developing strategic business plans that provide both aspirational and understandable strategies and engages other critical internal/external partners in the process.
* You possess strong business acumen with a passion to deeply understand and address the challenges of your business partners.
* Thrives in ambiguity, readily adjusting to shifting priorities and rapid change.
* Experience using influence to work across functions to build a collaborative and productive cross functional teams where divergent thinking yields the best possible ideas and actions.
* Balances, with ease, both strategic and operational thinking.
* Excellent communications skills with all levels of the organization across written, verbal and presentation formats. You can distill complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand and storytelling driven messages.
* Understanding of the digital and apparel industry value drivers across an enterprise.
* Program and Project Management skills.
* Ability to conduct market benchmarking in the industry and translate to meaningful insights.
* Ability to work flexible hours due to varying time zones and regions.

he expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300- $175,900. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
