As ourDirector Solution Enablement, you'll support HID's successby:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the integration and deployment of biometric solutions within the aviation sector, aligning with the company's overall goals and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design tailored biometric solutions that meet the unique needs and regulatory requirements of airports, airlines, and government agencies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including airport authorities, airline partners, government agencies, and industry associations, to promote the adoption of biometric technologies and drive collaboration on implementation projects.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end implementation process of biometric solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

What we will love about your background:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and software development methodologies.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with design and roll-outofXX
  • Working knowledge of XX as it relates to XX

YourExperienceand Education include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on biometric technologies, security solutions, or IT systems integration.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects or programs, preferably in the deployment of biometric solutions within airport environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of biometric modalities (e.g., facial recognition, iris scanning, fingerprinting), biometric standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 19794), and relevant aviation security regulations (e.g., TSA, ICAO).

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary for the Bay Area is $224,000 to $249,000.
