Nature of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
• Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
• Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed.
• Assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs, ISO and AS9100 regulations. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.

Education and Experience:

• Min 2 years of Quality or Engineering experience in related field.
• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Or Industrial Engineering.
• Coursework or project background with PCB Fabrication, Quality Control (QC) procedures and quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects.
• Analysis (FMEA), and Design of Experiments (DOE), 8D Corrective actin system, IPC 610, Material Handling, Cosmetic specifications.
• Previous exposure with Military, ITAR, and/or IPC Standards is strongly desired.
• Six Sigma, Lean processes, Certifications in Quality field or technical knowledge strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills
• Personable, must interface well with customers.
• PCB and Contract Manufacturing Experience required
• Knowledge of the following Quality Management Systems: ISO9001, ISO14001, TL9000, ISO13485, TS16949 or IATF16949

Salary Range(annual): $68,000.00-$75,000.00
