Job Summary
The incumbent provides a range of administrative, installation, purchasing, and scheduling duties. These duties primary revolves around supporting and providing for the Department of Psychiatry's employees and trainees. Administrative duties range from preparing committee documents, and annual reports, independently composing general correspondence and reports. Other administrative duties include coordinate space planning, moves, and renovations. Installation of Information Technology equipment such as desktop computers, laptops, monitors and their accompany peripherals will be a regular weekly occurrence. Other installation will include office furniture and signage. A basic knowledge of purchasing office supplies and electronics is required. Scheduling and logistics management will be a cornerstone of this position. The incumbent will provide conference room management and allocation for the department.
