Operations Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Operations Specialist will provide administrative and operational support for the DC Capital Markets and National Office Investment Advisors (OIA) teams. The Operations Specialist will work closely with Leadership, Operations, Capital Markets brokers and their support teams in the US to provide support and implement strategic initiatives.

  • Organize OIA internal and client call schedules and agendas
  • Ensure CRM system is updated regularly and within compliance, manage pipeline updates and requests
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other product types, service lines, and markets to learn and utilize best practices
  • Help track the short- and long-term business and analytical strategies to support the growth of the OIA
  • Maintain OIA events calendar and budgets associated with each, including potential on-site support
  • Partner with Marketing to update and maintain OIA templates and collateral
  • Assist the DC Team with day-to-day operational tasks including CRM data entry, calendar management, conference room organization, and travel booking
  • Submit expense reports for DC Team
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, and budgeting software preferred

HR administrative and accounts skills preferred
