What you'll do

As a proactive and hands-on leader, you will be crucial in shaping and implementing the global vision for our commerce experiences. Your leadership will guide and motivate a team of talented product managers, all dedicated to crafting unique experiences that encompass how customers discover, experiment, purchase, and maintain their connection with DocuSign. Your ability to envision a future state, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize effectively is essential. This role offers you the chance to significantly impact our business by developing a top-tier digital experience for our clients. You will be closely aligned with key business metrics, both input and output-oriented. Expect regular interactions with senior leadership to discuss product design, feasibility, roadmap advancements, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).


This position is a people manager role reporting to the VP, Product Led Growth & eCommerce.


Responsibility

  • Articulate a clear vision of what the end-to-end commerce customer experience should be across desktop and mobile
  • Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled product managers to drive product strategy, document precise requirements and use cases in partnership with Commerce Platform product management, Engineering, and UX design
  • Track, understand, analyze, and communicate the impact on input and output business metrics
  • Collaborate with Engineering and UX design in setting the roadmap and making necessary tradeoffs
  • Use a combination of qualitative and quantitative data insights, as well as industry best practices to prioritize opportunities across the commerce funnel
  • Communicate roadmap and corresponding impact to leadership across the org
  • Work with UX Design, Content Design to conduct user research studies
  • Partner with Data & Insights and Testing Optimization teams to scale up and drive a continuous stream of A/B tests worldwide

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 15+ years in Commerce Digital experience in product management
  • 10+ years managing a team of product managers
  • Experience working directly with UX, Engineering, and Testing teams to create frictionless customer experiences
  • Familiarity with A/B testing best practices and a track record of reaching conclusive results
  • Knowledge of commerce best practices and insights to achieve world-class conversion, expansion, and retention rates

Preferred

  • MBA or MA degree
  • Clear understanding of levers that can help scale an enterprise SaaS business
  • Comfort in solving technical problems alongside the Engineering team
  • Strong collaborative, interpersonal, influence, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functional areas with diverse stakeholders

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $216,500.00 - $345,200.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $201,600.00 - $284,850.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $201,600.00 - $305,750.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
