SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Director of Nursing & Administrator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Contributes to the daily functioning of the department by performing daily tasks
    such as data entry.
  • Exhibits willingness and responsiveness to supervisor's requests. Fulfills
    additional responsibilities within the expertise of the individual's job scope,
    which is appropriate to his/her practice.
  • Carries out work assignments with general supervision and exhibits good
    judgment allowing for timely completion of work and on time daily departures,
    unless deemed necessary by supervisor to stay.
  • Assists others with responsibilities and adjusts work schedule to meet department
    needs without prompting.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the
    administrative office.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills encompassing strong oral and written
    communication techniques.

* Ability to multi-task.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal busy office environment.
