Job/Internship Description
As an intern on the Creative team, you will create, edit, and manage graphic files for marketing and other corporate needs. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the Creative team through a variety of projects, (print, digital, web, and others as assigned). The Graphic Design Intern will assist with the development and design of core marketing and corporate materials, collateral event materials, and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned.
What You'll Work On
* Assist the Creative team with print and digital communication needs including design, art production, and print management. Projects may include web graphics, data sheets, brochures, animations, invitations, product labels, signage, exhibit graphics, Word templates, PowerPoint presentations, and other media as assigned.
* Organize and archive electronic files and assets as well as print samples.
* Template creation.
* Photograph employees during events as needed.
* Proof and QC print samples pre and postproduction.
* Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
* Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
* Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
* Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned
What You Contribute
* High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree with major in Graphic Design or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
* Illustration, photography, and video editing skills, preferred but not required
* Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work well within a team, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and good follow-through are essential.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools.
Working Conditions
General office environment. Willingness and ability to work on site. Requires some lifting and moving up of up to 25 pounds. Must be able to move between buildings and floors. Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day. Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets. Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed. Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels on a daily basis.

Base Pay Range Per Hour: $19.38 - $28.50
Individual compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
