We are looking for an AI Tools Integration Summer Intern to support our efforts in reviewing email communications and Excel-based analyses and proposing the integration of existing AI tools to streamline and automate manual tasks. The intern will collaborate with multiple members of our team as well as the training organization to assess current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze email communications to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for automation.
  • Evaluate existing Excel-based analyses and processes to identify manual tasks that can be replaced or enhanced using AI tools.
  • Research and assess the suitability of existing AI tools and technologies for automating email analysis and Excel-based tasks.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of integrating AI tools into our workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Test and validate AI tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability in real-world scenarios.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using AI tools and integrating them into their workflows.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts.
  • Preferred but not required understanding of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and libraries/frameworks is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Prior experience or coursework in email analysis, Excel automation, or AI/ML is a plus.

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
