Job Description:

As the Director of Revenue Enablement Strategy at Juniper Networks, you will be a pivotal member the team, Senior Leaders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure organizational effectiveness. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of technology revenue enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the revenue enablement team and other executives to develop and execute the company's strategic roadmap. Conduct research, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices to optimize organizational effectiveness. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
  • Project Management: Oversee key initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, set milestones, and track progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and memos to communicate key insights, updates, and recommendations.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Identify opportunities for collaboration, investment, or strategic alliances to drive business growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, with a track record of driving organizational change and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on execution and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.

Minimum Salary: $172,500.00

Maximum Salary:$264,500.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $172,500.00 and $264,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
