CBIZ ARC Consulting, LLC ("CBIZ ARC"), a division of CBIZ, is currently hiring for a NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant position to join our System Process & People (NetSuite Consulting) group. Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Professional and Technical Responsibilities:
- Lead / manage an implementation project that can go from vendor selection to go live
- Translate business processes and data flows into business requirements
- Analyze process / data gaps and develop solutions to bridge the gap between business requirements and systems implementation
- Perform data cleansing and transformation, data mapping, and migration of histrocial data
- Perform process review and optimization
- Serve as client facing representative of the CBIZ ARC SPP group
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years of overall work experience
- 3 to 5 years of general ERP experience (i.e. QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.)
- Well versed in NetSuite Administration, SuiteFlow, SuiteScripts, SuiteBuilder, Suiteanalytics (saved searches and custom reporting) and Advnaced HTML / PDF
- Experience with implementing and integrating SuiteApps (i.e. Fixed Assets, ARM, OneWorld, etc.) as well as other plug and play systems (i.e. Bill.com, Concur, Expensify, etc.)
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation / business processes revamp and optimization / systems configuration / change and issues management
- Knowledge of systems functional design as well as technical design and systems architecture
- Knowledge of report customization, systems configuration, data augmentation / migration
- Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and integrations (i.e. SFTP, REST, SOAP) and iPaaS (ie. Dell Boomi, Celigo, etc.)
- Knowledge of the software and SaaS industry
- Strong analytical, business problem solving and solution design skills
- 2 to 3 years of RevPro experience
- 1 to 2 years of financial and technical accounting experience
- Project management experience
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certified
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Presentation skills mandatory
- Must possess analytical skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $85,000- $165,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
