Job Description
The Sr. Custodian performs a variety of custodial/housekeeping tasks to care for, maintain, disinfect, sanitize, and preserve campus facilities. Responsible for cleaning, dusting, stripping, waxing, sweeping, mopping, polishing, disinfecting, sanitizing, washing, vacuuming, replenishing restrooms, and removing refuse/recycling throughout campus facilities, conference rooms, elevators, stairwells, offices, classrooms, laboratories, auditoriums, restrooms, lounges, hallways, residential facilities, exteriors, etc. May work independently or as a part of a team in assigned work areas. Maintains a positive attitude and communicates effectively with colleagues, supervisors, staff, faculty, and students.

Please Note: This job posting is for multiple openings on various shifts including day, swing, and graveyard shifts.

The full salary range for the Sr. Custodian position is $19.47 - $26.71 per hour. Salary placement is based on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
