Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager, 3PL Logistics & Inventory.
In this role, the successful candidate is reporting to the Director of Inventory. The Manager is responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities for multiple offsite warehouses, making inventory updates in Peoplesoft, cycle counting, maintaining multiple inventory trackers, resolving inventory discrepancies with cross-functional partners, monitoring and managing expiration dates, and managing capacity. This role will track all safety stock programs, including PPE items, and will report out on NYS requirements. The Manager will travel to multiple offsite warehouses on a regular basis, and will actively manage the inventory tracking for those sites. The Manager will partner with OPI, Finance, Procurement, Sourcing, and Item Data to manage replenishment and new buy initiatives. The successful candidate will have significant experience in project management, and experience working with WMS systems, and ERP Finance systems. They will also have substantial experience with continuous improvement and the building of new processes.

- Strong project management experience with a focus on new implementations, while working with large sets of data, and providing analysis for that data.
- History of working with cross-functional departments, and able to effectively coordinate project efforts between Supply Chain, Red&F, MCIT, Finance, ect.
- Experience with inventory management systems, and how those systems interface with the primary finance system for the enterprise.
- Proven track record of root-causing process issues, and developing new processes to address those issues.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Must be flexible and able to shift from one priority to the next as the needs of the network evolve.
- Budget planning experience
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a BA/BS Degree.
3-5 years of relevant experience
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio.
Proven track record of harmonizing large sets of data in Excel, using Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.
Strong project management experience with a focus on new implementations, while working with large sets of data, and providing analysis for that data.
History of working with cross-functional departments, and able to effectively coordinate project efforts between Supply Chain, Red&F, MCIT, Finance, ect.
Proven track record of root-causing process issues, and developing new processes to address those issues.
Strong presentation skills.
Must be flexible and able to shift from one priority to the next as the needs of the network evolve.
Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- Project management experience spanning multiple business locations.
- Significant experience with continuous improvement initiatives, and building better processes.
- Financial tracking and systems experience.

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
