The Opportunity

Adobe As a creative problem-solving leader for the Solutions Consulting (SC) team, you will have the chance to guide solutions for the most valuable client experience problems. You will drive your team to craft solutions and vision that pursue prospects' most meaningful business problems. Tailoring use-cases and solutions which clearly articulate the context and value of the Adobe Experience Cloud in the customer's daily work stream. As an SC Leader you will need to have a mixture of technical, solution and industry knowledge. Because our leaders lead from the front a deep knowledge of Adobe solutions will be key to your success and value to the team

  • Deep industry knowledge in Media and Entertainment along with experience working at the "C" level is vital.
  • Being able to partner with sales to drive customer change and innovation is a requirement.
  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience as an SC or similar role in Digital Marketing, as well as 5+ years' experience in a leadership role.
  • "Customer side" experience is a huge asset because it brings credibility to our sales process and most importantly our customers

Technical:

Must be able to demonstrate and discuss the benefits of some or all of the solutions within the context of the Adobe Clouds. Perform account planning, discovery and develop a vision which matches clients' objectives and solves their business issues. Maintain an understanding of Experience Cloud competitors, especially strengths and weaknesses of competitor solutions.

Develop and maintain authoritative understanding of key industries applicable to the role for Media & Entertainment including key trends, challenges and innovations.

Creative Position:

In the position of Director of Solution Consulting, Media & Entertainment, you will offer our customers solutions to complex problems. Your role is both technical and creative - you must use all of your experience, solutions and processes that scale, while still understanding that creativity is core to Adobe's DNA, and the team's results must reflect that in the work delivered. How do we do this better, faster and more efficiently, but with inspiring creative flair? All while meeting the needs of the customer and the business.

What You Need to Succeed
  • 7+ years in a pre-sales, consulting or similar position within the digital marketing environment
  • 5+ years leading a team
  • Experience with marketing or ad technology (AI, Analytics, Testing, Personalization, Email, DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms, etc...)
  • Ability to demonstrate Adobe solutions at an introductory levels
  • Understanding of ad serving technology including RTB, mobile & video
  • Understanding of online marketing and analysis, including SEO, display, email, Search, Social, affiliates, and CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Familiar and skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations (i.e., Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Powerpoint or Keynote)
  • Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer success
  • Strong verbal and writing skills (writing samples helpful)
  • Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs
  • Experience in problem resolution and critical thinking

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $235,500 -- $385,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
