The Regional Sales Manager (Residential) is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region. This role will staff and direct a residential sales team and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values. In addition, they will establish sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for our residential sales representatives. Conduct weekly one-on-one debriefs with all Residential Sales Representatives to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Residential Sales Representatives sales activity performance Conduct 2-3 field rides per week with Residential Sales Representatives to coach, develop and improve sales skills Assist Residential Sales Representatives in preparation of proposals and presentations Conduct productive weekly sales meetings and sales training meetings focused on skill development and improving performance Using Sales KPI's, ensure that all Residential Sales Representatives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and proposals and debrief in detail with Residential Sales Representatives weekly Set a strong example for Residential Sales Representatives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits Annually, develop a Residential Sales and Marketing Plan that supports NAPC's Corporate Plan and integrates campaigns, lead generation activities, and target account management Develop and support Residential Sales Representatives quarterly sales action plans and redirect activities to ensure performance What do you need? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training Preferably 3-5 years Residential Sales leadership/management experience - required Proven history developing and managing a sales team a must Strong business acumen with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment Available to travel as needed Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations Must pass pre-employment background screen Valid driver's license/clean driving record Base Pay Range: $80k - $110k (Based on Experience) In addition to the base pay, a Colleague working in this role who has completed training may be eligible to earn additional monetary compensation including overtime, incentive and/or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes and achieving Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs"). Qualifications Why Choose Rentokil?
