The Managing Director title is reserved for professionals who achieve recognition in a technical area of third party attestation reporting, including SOC and Webtrust, and risk management. The person is qualified to perform certain limited yet critical additional technical functions as an Engagement Director or as a Concurring Reviewer. The Managing Director actively participate in the marketing, networking and business development within an area of expertise and specialization while maintaining client relationships and acting as the primary contact for complex questions.
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
California Locations: $185,000 - $250,000
BDO Total Rewards include but encompass so much more than traditional "benefits," such as compensation and health-related insurance (medical, dental and vision) for employees who meet eligibility requirements. Examples include but are not limited to 12 days or more Paid Time Off annually, dependent on position, plus an additional 12 paid holidays and Parental Leave. A 401k match is offered as well as eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
