What you'll do in your role
Working as an Intern in Seattle with the Site Development Team you will get experience and exposure to many of the following daily responsibilities:
Support of senior project team members across site development organizational functions
Analyze and report on project milestone and site attribute data to identify project risks, reveal trends, and gather business insights to improve project deployment
Creating new and improving existing business processes
Creating presentations to communicate project status updates
Coordination and communication on interdepartmental tasks and processes
Support lease and vendor negotiations
Support jurisdictional analysis, negotiation, and permitting and/or zoning requirements
Report on and prepare presentation materials for assigned projects
Coordinate with and support market project deployment teams as needed
You'll contribute your creativity and great ideas, working alongside innovative colleagues and mentors who will push you to be your very best. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to make an immediate impact. Qualifications You're currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an Urban Planning, Public Administration or Policy, Construction Science, Law, Statistics or Data Analytics focus. Aside from your degree path, we are looking for the following skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Understanding of General Project Management Theory
Strong Excel skills
Familiar with Power BI and SQL a plus
Well-organized and able to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
Able to understand and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Data visualization: able to incorporate visual elements to effectively convey a message
Able to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment to achieve goals
