Job Description Summary

The Workplace Experience Specialist is a workplace ambassador, and a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield Operations team. The Workplace Experience Specialist will provide tactical support related to AV (audio visual systems, displays and room digital signage), workplace tools & processes. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, showcase a contagiously positive attitude and exceptional communication skills, and have the ability to support clients, guests and employees in the Office.

Job Description

  • Act as the face of C&W greeting all guests as they come into the space.

  • Provide support in the areas above as required.

  • Act as the first line of response for client/guest requests.

  • Regularly assess the space readiness of all areas of the Arena by using the My Workspace App, assist in providing support for employees transitioning to and working within an oversubscribed environment including support for Support concierge services including food for meetings, travel and accommodate client requests through the Rise application.

  • Must have the ability to understand and explain AV technology as it applies to each individual requirement.

  • Complete AV checks of all conference rooms each day ensuring everything is functional and ready for use.

  • Work closely with the DC Operations Manager to support the office operations.

  • Meet regularly with the Operations Manager regarding clients scheduled in the office and ensure Sr. Leadership is aware.

  • Facilitates, understands and oversees the operation of the Arena and Executive Boardroom; My Workspace Kiosk; NextNow solution (a media content integrator for the Arena display)

  • Log IT Service Desk tickets as appropriate and service desk tickets within the building management systems as needed.

  • Direct all deliveries and vendors, incoming and outgoing. Follow all vendor protocols in place communicate with the lobby security team to announce all expected guests and clients

  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Note: This position requires compliance with our COVID related protocols, which may also include client-specific requirements. This might include but is not limited to, either providing documentation of full vaccination as per CDC guidelines or agreeing to regular COVID testing.
