Fiserv's Summer Internship Program offers talented college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain meaningful hands on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, team projects, and other networking opportunities. Fiserv summer interns are in session from June 2, 2021 - August 13, 2021 and work approximately 40 hours per week.
Fiserv Summer Interns will perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental projects or reports; offering innovative suggestions; accompany professional level employees on assignments; request or give information and other related duties as assigned. Assignments serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to the organization. Specific activities vary by assignment.
The Social Selling Program is part of our Global Sales Enablement team, supports sales teams with operations and training, as well as marketing with their demand generation campaigns. The Social Selling team provides guidance on social media networking best practices for sales teams and social media advertising best practices for marketing teams. In this role you can expect to participate in the following:
+ Manage internal user requests for social selling platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and PostBeyond.
+ Compile usage reports and analytics from social selling and social advertising platforms
+ Measure and report on program effectiveness and alignment to strategic objectives
+ Support marketing partners and demand creation team with campaign development and execution
+ Support training sessions on social selling best practices
+ Update training materials and resources on our internal content management system
+ Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree and will graduate between December 2021 and June 2023.
+ 3.5+ GPA preferred
+ Must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
+ Ability to follow directions with clear communication and feedback
+ Writing and creative skills, such as the ability to translate longer-form thought leadership into compelling social content that drives engagement
+ Familiarity with social media management and social engagement tools
+ Aptitude for learning new technology platforms
+ Ability to juggle, multi-task and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with digital design tools, including basic image and video editing skills for social posting
+ Ability to manage projects and campaigns that align to business objectives
+ Understand landscape for social business and introduce ideas that enhance the brand and support campaigns
