Joel applies 30 years’ of management and investment experience to identify companies (public and private) with long-term viability that generate free cash flow, or that can be profitable over time, to manage, invest in or acquire. His extensive background working with public and private companies at various stages of the corporate lifecycle has equipped him with a long-range perspective with regard to building and managing companies through the patient, efficient allocation of capital and a fundamental focus on people.

Formed in 2008, Tenth Avenue Holdings, LLC is a private, diversified holding company, which opportunistically invests in private and public companies, real estate and operates an independent investment management arm.
