Formed in 1952, PARCA is a non profit whose mission is to enrich the lives of people with developmental disabilities and their families. When help is needed PARCA is there for clients and their families at all stages of their lives. PARCA offers programs for adults and children. Children services include the REACH integrated child care program for children with and without developmental disabilities and as well as the Raji House weekend respite care program for children with developmental disabilities. PARCA offers programs to help adults live independently in the community and provides resources to parents and families through our Family Support Services.
