Sharepoint Technical Support Analyst (US STRATEGIC COMMAND)

Peraton is seeking a skilled DOD365 SharePoint Technical Support Analyst to join our team supporting US STRATEGIC COMMAND web shop and contribute to the development and maintenance of DOD365 applications and SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidates will possess expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFX), React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in troubleshooting and development with DOD365 apps, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.  Note: This is a hybrid position.

What you'll do:

As our Sharepoint Technical Support Analyst, you will conduct research in design, development, testing and utilization of electronic data processing software. As a Sharepoint Developer, you will be required to: 

• Troubleshoot issues with DOD365 applications, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Administer and troubleshoot DOD365 tenant and site configurations, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Customize and configure DOD365 lists, libraries, and pages using low/no code capabilities such as Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.

What you will need: 

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, or 9 years of commensurate experience in a DoD environment in lieu of degree
• Secret clearance 
• IAT Level II certification

 Preferred: 

• Microsoft certification in SharePoint, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with DOD365.
• Understanding of government security and compliance standards related to DOD365.
