Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Master’s degree preferred.
- Prior management of multi-org required.
- At least 5 years minimum experience in an enrollment management leadership position and/or higher ed training is required as well as an understanding of the administering and managing KPIs and applications of technology to these fields.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Strong understanding of the delivery of information, programs, and services to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, at a distance and on campus.
- Knowledge of database management, reporting systems, assessment tools, predictive modeling, and other processes and procedures associated with enrollment management.
- Skill in the use of computerized systems and databases, customer relationship management systems
- Ability to develop and interpret enrollment management statistics and manage team performance metrics.
- Ability to make sound judgments regarding complex issues and ability to anticipate problems and provide multiple solutions.
- Goal oriented, highly ethical, and ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong ability to work well under time pressure and meet deadlines and goals.
