HII Unmanned Systems is seeking an individual with the following abilities, or potential abilities.The work will be diverse and may include:

  • Entry and tracking of received Purchase Orders.
  • Generation, entry, and tracking of Sales Orders.
  • Summarize information and convey order information to other areas of the business.
  • Maintaining contract information in SalesForce.
  • Analyzing contract data and compiling contract reports.
  • Providing summaries of information.
  • Compiling contract summaries.
  • Direct responsibility for drafting and managing Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Managing contract schedules.
  • Provide support in the drafting of contractual documents & instruments.
  • Provide support in the drafting of contractual correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal.
  • Support contract review, approval, and execution.
  • Support contract change control process.
  • Support contract close out activities.
  • Support the Small Business Liaison with development, preparation and execution of Subcontracting Plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of department processes and procedures.
  • Provide supportin contractual research and review of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
  • Compile data for key performance metrics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Training and support in the above functions will be provided.



What you will be doing...

Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.

Physical Requirements
