Marketing, Communications and Sales Guide

FSG is looking for a Marketing, Communications and Sales Guide.

The Marketing, Communications, & Sales Guide will help new and existing customers, employees, and vendors connect with the departments and branches around FSG that can best answer their questions and solve their challenges. Marketing and Sales Guides will answer inbound phone calls, respond to website inquiries and e-mails, and respond to live chats. When Guides aren’t helping customers, employees, or vendors, they help other marketing and guide center team members with creation, publication, and analysis of marketing, communications, and sales content.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, e-mails, and live chats.
  • Document and forward sales leads to the right sales teams using FSG’s Engage CRM platform
  • Collaborate with department team members and help craft better systems of communication with both external and internal audiences.
  • Support the internal communications of FSG through support of FSG’s internal websites, social media channels, and media creation
  • Support HR, IT, Accounting, Risk, and other corporate departments with communication and guide support.

● SEO experience, including link building, keyword research, and reporting.

● SEM experience managing ad campaigns across search engines, particularly Google.

● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

● Experience with bid management tools, especially Google Adwords.

● Experience with link building outreach campaigns.

● Strong understanding of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics.

● Experience with social media advertising is a plus.

Qualifications for the Job

  • At least three years of customer service experience- preferably in a remote environment such as a call center, social media command center, or other.
  • STRONG communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience with content creation, website content management, and other rich content creation is a plus for this job.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized.
  • Ability to travel to FSG branches from time to time.
