Academy of Art University has an immediate opening for a professional Executive Driver. This is a full-time position that offers great benefits. The Academy's Executive Driver will work a Monday - Friday shift between 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM - and occasional weekends. The Executive Driver will transport Academy Executives and visiting guests to locations within San Francisco and around the bay area. The University is seeking a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills. Additional responsibilities include:

• Plan travel routes as it pertains to the needs of assigned passengers and assigned events.
• Communicate travel plans and important times to passengers.
• Ensure all arrivals and departures are met according to assigned schedules.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles, gather and carry their baggage and support with their entry and exit from building locations.
• Provide quality customer service by welcoming all passengers and guests, engage in professional communication and offer assistance.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least three years of professional passenger driving experience and possession of a valid California Class C license.
• Experience driving a limo within downtown San Francisco as well as within the Bay Area.
• Impeccable customer-service skills, well-spoken, timely and proactive in addressing the needs of others.
• Able to frequently lift, carry and move heavy baggage and equipment.
• Have a clean driving record and be insurable under the Academy's provider.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday shift between 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM - and occasional weekends.
