Position Overview:
The E-commerce Assistant reports to the Merchandising Supervisor in our corporate offices in Novato, focusing on posting, processing and closing sales through eBay and other online sites. Excellent follow-up and work quality are a must as our goal is to maintain our PowerSeller status and grow our online sales. Other duties include appraising, processing, cleaning, polishing, pricing and tagging jewelry and other merchandise in preparation for sale.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with online sales or the jewelry industry
  • Enthusiastic, "Team Player" with a Passion for jewelry need only apply!
  • Initiative, Attention to Detail, Desire to Succeed and Professionalism a must!
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
  • Documentation certifying High school/GED completion, or degree from a regionally accredited college/university
  • Internet and computer savvy, including Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work full-time schedule, Monday thru Friday
  • GIA training is a plus!
