Community Outreach to Women

| These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Women receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience. |
Asian Women's Resource Center (AWRC), are projects of the Methodist Church established to address the unmet needs of women and children in geographic and social transition. In providing a safe sanctuary to live in and programs that develop life skills, Gum Moon empowers these individuals, fostering stability, self-reliance, self-determination, and full access to opportunity. |

Black Women United for Action (BWUFA) Black Women United for Action (BWUFA) is a diverse, volunteer, non-profit community service organization whose mission is to advocate the concerns of women and improve the lives of impoverished, vulnerable families through a self-sufficiency/empowerment approach. By utilizing combined talents, BWUFA seeks to provide a variety of community programs and support services, through a grassroots “hands-on” method, to create positive change. |

California Women Lawyers California Women Lawyers promotes the advancement of women in the legal profession and is an active advocate for the concerns of women in society. As the only statewide bar association for women in California, California Women Lawyers maintains a primary focus on advancing women in the legal profession. CWL provides unique resources and support to its members. Whether it is helping new practitioners expand their client base or assisting experienced attorneys in securing positions on the bench, CWL is an invaluable resource for the professional advancement of women lawyers.

Filipina Women's Network (FWN) The Filipina Women's Network (FWN) is the non-profit association for women of Philippine ancestry in the U.S. FWN provides educational resources through publications, lectures, activities, and training programs to further the professional and personal development of its members. FWN strives to enhance public perceptions of Filipina women's capacities to lead, change biases against Filipina women's leadership abilities and promote the entry of Filipina women into positions of leadership in corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. |

Glide Foundation The Walk-In Center is Glide's resource center, a place where crises are calmed and questions answered. The highly-skilled Intake Specialists and counselors listen to each person's concerns, referring clients to Glide programs and community organizations that will give them the tools they need to help themselves. In their assessments, the staff treats the clients in a holistic manner. They understand that self-esteem, access to medical care, reliable housing options, childcare, and employment opportunities are integral pieces of a person's health and well-being.

LIFETIME LIFETIME is a nonprofit organization created by student mothers at the University of California Berkeley who completed college degrees while raising their families on welfare, and who are committed to helping other do the same. LIFETIME's mission is to empower low-income parents to determine, pursue and achieve their goals for education, employment and economic security. Our goal is to help low-income parents enroll in, continue and successfully complete higher education and training — a long-term investment in poor families with lasting results. |
