Job Title: Analytical Associate

An Analytical Associate opportunity is available through Belcan. This is a contract opportunity with our key pharmaceutical company.

Primary Responsibilities
* Execute characterization assays within the AO portfolio (ddPCR, ELISA, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, and others)
* Prepare controls for assays and use statistics to determine ranges
* Accurately report results and analyze data within current electronic lab notebook
* Supporting AO team with their development experiments if any
* Participate in lab management of samples and consumables
* Accurately document assay results and analyze data
* Additional duties as assigned

Must-Have/Required
* Relevant Science or Engineering discipline with 0-2+ years" biopharmaceutical industry experience
* Successful in operating independently and in a team function
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good documentation, data organization, and attention to detail

May Have/Preferred
* Prior experience with ELISA and/or ddPCR
* Basic understanding of statistics
* Prior experience with JMP
* Experience in an ALCOA+ environment
* Prior experience with Benchling or equivalent
* Prior AAV gene therapy vector or other viral particle production experience
