We are looking for an Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (REWS) team. This important role will report to the VP REWS, and will develop and ensure execution of the team operating system. You will be an essential interface between the leaders in the team, and collaborates within the company to ensure efficient information flow, decision-making and seamless execution.

Alternate Locations: Los Angeles, CA, or Seattle WA, or Vancouver BC.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP, REWS to understand the outcomes of decisions, taking action on next steps, including delegation of tasks.
  • Develop the execution of the REWS operating system to ensure resources are allocated to our most important work
  • Partner with the REWS PMO team to oversee the planning and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects, ensuring completion. Toggle between strategic planning, and tracking of tactical activities
  • Partner with other Operations Leads within EA to stay connected to our needs, and ensure agreement on the REWS team programs
  • In partnership with our Strategy & Ops group, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure all teams are working towards the same goals.
  • Identify potential issues and bottlenecks, and partner with teams to develop solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support to the REWS leadership team , including meeting agenda management and communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, PMP certification, or related educational experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in a program management role, in a workplace or real estate organization preferred, with an ability to design and implement strategic plans
  • Change agent skills, including leadership, influencing, effective communication and partner management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Have a passion for creating efficient, innovative, and enjoyable workplaces.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

$138,200 - $219,000 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
