Job Description
The Budget, Personnel, and Program Assistant serves as the primary administrative and accounting support to the Highlander Union Building with a focus in transactional, financial, and purchasing needs within Facilities Services, HUB Operations, HUB Programs, and HUB Scheduling. The Budget, Personnel, and Program Assistant provides proactive, high-quality, flexible and reliable support that works closely with direct supervisor, the Financial and Administrative Officer, and the HUB career staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administrative operational duties and arrangements, accounting and budget support, financial tracking and transacting, purchasing processing and facilitating, student employee payroll and personnel coordinating while adhering to university policies and procedures. This position will support the Highlander Union Building and the Student Success Center's mission, vision, and strategic planning.

The full salary range for the Budget, Personnel & Program Assistant is $27.29 to $39.12 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $27.29 to $29.92 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
