We're searching for a dynamic Senior Director of AI App Development Program & Operations leader to join our team at Salesforce!

Your mission? Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the AI App Development program, including product innovation and running a revenue-generating business.
  • Lead a cross-functional organization spanning sales, customer success, partner alliances, marketing, pricing & packaging, sales strategy, and various cloud and product teams who all have a big part in the program's success.
  • Forge positive relationships across the organization and with external customers and partners.
  • Serve as the leader with a vision, identifying areas of success and challenges, guiding strategic decision-making, and problem-solving for sustained growth.
  • Anticipate and purposefully remove obstacles that slow or prevent programs from delivering on their objectives.
  • Orchestrate a detailed driven game plan that incorporates internal and external communications, campaigns, events, product development, and enablement.
  • Serve as an overlay Program Manager to other program managers/leaders aligned to App Development.
  • Lead and supervise the Adoption Program and goals with all partners.
  • Problem-solving in an ambiguous environment.
  • Interacts with senior executives and partners across functions.


Experience/Skills Required:

  • 15+ years of program and operations experience running large-scale programs at tech companies
  • Collaborate with individuals at all levels of the business and with teams across multiple departments and functions
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present key program-related information to partners and executives.
  • Results-oriented individual who can develop, complete, and measure the impact.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Shown organizational and time management skills with a track record for effectively leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, diligent game plans.
  • Ability to operate under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem solver who independently generates and completes innovative ideas.
  • Great teammate - works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
  • Experience driving product adoption programs and pivotal initiatives
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $203,000 to $309,700.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $221,500 to $337,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
