Apple is looking for a multifaceted, highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Worldwide Sales Finance team. This person should have strong leadership skills, exceptional business / product acumen, strong analytical capabilities, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a deep interest in Apple's products, business, and strategy. This person will manage the sales forecast and story of a full line of business - owning and speaking to demand trends, promotions, key supply considerations, insights by market, earnings considerations, and additional topics pertaining to sales performance. This person will support Apple's growth, both top and bottom line, by applying the same level of innovation toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services.
Key Qualifications
3-5+ years of professional experience in a quantitative or statistical field required including strategic or sales finance, product related engineering, etc
Passion for Apple's products and mission
Advanced spreadsheet, modeling, and analytical skills
Ability to think tactically and strategically, while executing to a clear plan
Desire to build tools that drive efficiency and automation in processes
Strong and structured communicator
Exceptional prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of financial principals
Thrive in a fast-pace, demanding environment
Adept at working cross-functionally and managing senior stakeholders relationships
Description
- Holistically own and manage the sales story of a line of business. - Build complex forecasts that can be succinctly communicated to leadership, while representing the comprehensive nature of the business. - Drive key demand generation and promotion decisions; advise on the optimal financial path dependent on company objectives and ideate on new promotional approaches. - Investigate key demand insights, collaborating with teams across regions and organizations to build the definitive product insight. - Collaborate cross-functionally on key supply decisions and expectations for new product introductions. - Optimize cross-functional processes to reduce weekly churn and maximize analytical space.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or another quantitative field

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
