This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for:

Responsible for supporting all aspects of go-to-market readiness for RingCentral's Cloud PBX and telephony features, and driving readiness and product adoption of our SMS and Fax solution

To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Crafting research-based product messaging and positioning that forms the basis for sales assets, integrated marketing programs, web copy, solution briefs, presentations, and press releases

  • Ensuring product narratives resonate with our customer base and speak to their challenges and pain points

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and go-to-market strategies in target markets and audiences

  • Influencing the product roadmap and maintaining RingCentral's position as a UCaaS leader with the best-in-class phone features

  • Owning end-to-end product launches and quarterly releases and identifying the core value proposition and how best to communicate to educated markets

  • Developing expertise on RingCentral's software products and crafting communications explaining advanced features and technological capabilities

  • Writing content and delivering impactful presentations for in-person and online events that highlight the technical benefits, capabilities and advantages of RingCentral's products

  • Equipping the sales enablement teams with the content and data needed to train our field sales and partners

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, creative, content, web, digital marketing, PR, and AR teams to drive product delivery and go-to-market strategies for RingCentral's software product

Desired Qualifications:

  • U.S. Bachelor of Science degree or foreign academic equivalent degree in Management and Systems, Management Information Systems or related field is required.

  • Experience with SaaS products, product messaging, web copy, developing KPIs, presentations, go-to-market strategy, project management, market research, digital marketing, visual communication, creative writing, and market analysis is required
