As an ASIC Design and Integration Engineer, your responsibilities span various aspects of SOC design: - Develop memory controller micro architecture and design specifications - Design, implement and debug complex logic in SystemVerilog - Support font-end integration activities e.g. CDC, Synthesis, low power flows - Work with SOC team on subsystem integration - Work with specialists from the Verification, Emulation, Software, Performance, Power, Physical Design teams etc
Education & Experience
Minimum of BS + 3 years relevant industry experience

Key Qualifications
- Substantial knowledge of LPDDR memory and memory controller
- General knowledge of DRAM interface calibration mechanism is a plus
- Hands on experience in micro architecture definition, RTL coding, low power design and PPA analysis
- Experience in chip development with proficiency in front-end tools and methodologies
- Experience in multiple clock domains design
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is a plus

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900.00 and $256,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
