Job Description
This position reports to the Director of Enrollment and Curricular Services in the Enrollment Management Center for the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences (CNAS). Serving as an Educational Analyst, this position is primarily responsible for the development of the CNAS Scholars Learning Community program cohort schedules which focus on university transition, research engagement, and additional support to aid in student success with an emphasis on the first-year student population. The CNAS Scholars Learning Community program serves over 90% of the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences incoming first year student population of approximately 1700. Creates and manages all learning communities for the college, maintains cohorts according to curricular needs, and is responsible for problem solving to maintain the effectiveness of program(s), data collection, and reporting. Analyzes and provides data to CNAS Dean's Office and Departments to facilitate course planning and student progression to degree.

The full salary range for the Educational Analyst is $28.26 to $49.52 per hour. The expected pay scale for this position is $28.26 to $38.89 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
