Bruker Cellular Analysis, a subunit of Bruker focusing on the development of cutting edge cellular research platforms, seeks a dynamic Associate Director of Global Product Marketing to lead marketing efforts targeting specific market segments within the single cell functional analysis industry. This pivotal role will be instrumental in advancing Bruker Cellular Analysis's success by devising and executing effective marketing strategies to boost demand across academia, pharmaceutical, and Contract Research Organization (CRO) customer segments. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Marketing.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to specific segments (academia, pharma and CRO). This involves identifying target customers, understanding their needs, and developing strategies & content to effectively reach and engage them.
* Partner with product management and other teams to develop compelling positioning and messaging for Bruker Cellular Analysis products. This includes communicating the unique value proposition of the products to the target audience.
* Develop marketing materials and campaigns targeted at specific segments, including collateral, digital marketing initiatives, and events.
* Manage lead prospecting efforts for marketing programs, campaigns and events, including Identification of lists, associations and conferences as sources for target customers.
* Execute on the go-to-market plan and strategy to drive qualified leads to top of the funnel for sales.
* Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to management on key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in life science, genomics, business or marketing -related field. MBA will be preferred.
* 12+ years marketing experience within single cell, antibody development, cell line development, cell therapy or immune-oncology markets. Experience with Life sciences tools providers and strong understanding of academic, pharma and CRO customer segments highly preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying marketing messages to sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
* Proficiency in analyzing market data, customer insights, and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience working with various marketing tools required, including but not limited to: Customer Relationship Management systems (preferably Salesforce), Email Marketing systems (preferably HubSpot) and Metrics and data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
* Must be willing to travel up to 25%.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $147,000 and $235,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
