Sensiba is looking for top talent to join us for our 2024 Summer Leadership Program and 2025 Audit Internship Program! Participants of both programs have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the public accounting industry.

2024 Summer Leadership Program

In early June, Sensiba offers an opportunity for selected underclassmen to gain a new perspective on public accounting and take an early dive into their career through our Summer Leadership Program. This program allows students to explore industry niche and career offerings at the Firm, as well as build relationships with Sensiba professionals and other student leaders in a casual setting.

Students who participate in our 2024 Leadership Program will also be extended an offer to join us for an Audit Internship in Summer 2025.

2025 Audit Internship

Sensiba is looking for top talent to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program!

As an Audit Intern at Sensiba, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced accountants, gain hands-on experience in auditing processes and procedures, and contribute to meaningful projects that positively impact our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Conduct substantive testing and analytical procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare financial statements, internal controls, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive recommendations.
  • Prepare workpapers and documentation to support audit findings.
  • Outside of client work, interns are strongly encouraged to engage with their peers and coworkers through firm-wide events, socials, and much more to further your understanding of Sensiba's culture.

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a bachelors or masters degree program in accounting or business/economics with an emphasis/concentration in accounting
  • Expected completion of bachelors or masters degree in accounting between December 2025 and June 2026
  • Preferred accounting GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset

Compensation Range: $24.00 - $30.00. The Summer Leadership Program is an experiential learning opportunity and is unpaid.*
