Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell Semiconductors has a Financial team who is data driven, detail oriented. They provide a
strong business partnership to the BU leaders by gathering financial data, performing financial
analysis and helping support business activity/decision making. Finance and Accounting also
frequently interact and collaborate with other cross functional teams.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop and implement an effective investor relations strategy to enhance the company's reputation and credibility among investors, analysts, and the financial community.

  • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential investors and analysts by providing them with accurate, timely, and relevant information about the company's performance, financials, and strategic initiatives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and manage investor communications, including earnings calls, investor presentations, and investor meetings.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial messaging and ensure consistent and accurate communication of the company's financial results and growth prospects to the investment community.

  • Monitor and analyze industry and market trends, as well as competitor activities, to provide insightful recommendations and guidance to senior management on investor sentiment and market positioning.

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential new investors and analysts to increase the company's visibility and attract investment interest.

  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and regulations, including preparation and filing of required reports and disclosures.

  • Travel to be expected.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Technical Engineering background is a strong positive . A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of Semi-Conductor or High Technology experience with at least 5 years in an Investor Relation capacity
  • Proven track record of successfully managing investor relations programs and developing relationships with investors and analysts.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
  • Professional certification such as the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) or Certified Investor Relations Professional (CIRP) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong project management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of financial markets, including knowledge of investment analysis, valuation, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to a diverse set of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to "think on your feet."
  • Demonstrated experience in managing investor relations programs, including investor communications, investor meetings, and analyst days.
  • Plan and execute investor roadshows, conferences, and other events to showcase the company's strategic initiatives and financial performance.
  • Coordinate participation in industry conferences and investor events to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to interact confidently and professionally with investors, analysts, and senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to synthesize complex financial data into concise and meaningful insights.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), financial software and tools to gather, analyze, and communicate financial information effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

164,120 - 245,800, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
