Summary of the job:

Porsche Digital US. is a subsidiary of Porsche AG and responsible for delivering forward-thinking digital solutions to customers and internal and external Porsche business units. We are looking for a Human Resources Communications Intern who will help the Human Resources team in daily activities with regards to social media strategy and management/execution of campaigns, content creation, and special projects. The ideal candidate will already have a good understanding of employee branding, social media platforms, and have a creative & strong interest in expanding our organization's social engagement and reach.

This is a 6-month internship with the potential to be extended

Essential Functions:

  • Work with the Human Resources Dept to develop an employer branding strategy in social media
  • Assist with expanding the company culture in a way that leaves an impact on both current and future employees
  • Discover the principles of social media management from a professional standpoint
  • Expand knowledge on the life cycle of social content creation for an organization focused on technology in the automotive industry
  • Gain experience & independence through a content calendar for Porsche Digital US internal and external social platforms
  • Attend social strategy meetings and learn more about content planning, brand voice, and creative postings with our US and international teams
  • Engage with our community and bring new followers to our LinkedIn page and site

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, a minimum of six months
  • The internship is planned to start in Spring
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
  • A great written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledgeable in online social culture, platforms, SEOs and hashtags

QualificationsQualifications

Education requirements:

  • Recent graduate or Junior/Senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Location and travel requirements:

  • The position is based inPalo Alto,CA.We are working in ahybrid workenvironment with onsite and remote work days.

Physical requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to complete tasks in an open space environment.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
