Job Description and Requirements

Synopsys is looking for a bright, creative HR leader to develop and oversee our global compensation programs and North American benefits.

In this exciting role, you will head a dynamic, strong-performing, passionate team that delivers high-impact results.

Together you will:

* Develop and steer broad-based compensation, including salary, short and long-term incentives, recognition programs as well as health and welfare programs to ensure Synopsys' Total Rewards remain attractive and meet our business and talent needs.

* Work closely with HR leadership and senior business stakeholders to manage complex problems and implement solutions that align our business priorities and talent strategy.

* Study market trends to develop total rewards strategies to ensure our ability to attract and retain top talent globally.

* Ensure compliance with local benefits, global pay equity initiatives, and preparation of materials for the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee.

Qualifications

* 12+ years of years of compensation and benefits experience in increasingly responsible roles

* Comfort operating with ambiguity and within an ever-changing executive compensation and governance environment.

* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.

* Ability to contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels and partner within a matrixed organization.

* Proven analytical skills with the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.

* Experience working in a public multinational technology organization.

* Curiosity, flexibility, and adaptability

* Educational achievement - BA/BS degree

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $180,000.00-$315,000.00. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
