Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Hospital Housekeepers sanitize and clean environments in a hospital.

Duties described in a typical example resume include:

  • Making beds, changing linens, cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, restocking medical supplies, using disinfectants, and applying infection-control policies.
  • Responsible for taking care of a building's general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to Hospital.
  • Their duties include cleaning floors, making beds and dusting surfaces throughout hospital.
 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent housekeeping skills, good communication and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Be brief and include only the most important skills relevant to your position to attract the best candidate.
  • Knowledgeable in OSHA and hospital regulations.
  • Communication and listening skills Reporting.
  • Sanitation and disinfection.
  • Equipment maintenance and safety.
  • Detail-oriented
